3,000 students and their guests gathered at Palau de Sant Jordi for a 3-hour ceremony organized according to a strict protocol outlining the event structure.
Together with Licüid Lab and for the third year in a row, we tackled one of the major challenges in logistics, production, and technical coordination. A challenge as significant as the emotions felt by the participants, their families, and the faculty.
For this occasion, an impressive 28x10-meter stage design was crafted out of reusable and 100% sustainable aluminum assembly system, topped with a 20x4.5-meter screen. The simplicity of assembling this structure allowed us unprecedented agility in creating this stage design in record time.
Apart from stage design, production and management, and audiovisual production, we also were in charge of accreditations and access control.
A unique moment in the lives of 3,000 people. And a milestone for us, too.
