BIGMATDAY 2024

The two-day event brought together more than 100 exhibitors from all over Spain at the Madrid Arena Pavilion in Casa de Campo. This exhibition is the perfect example of an event with a clear commitment to sustainability. Its production was 100% sustainable. Some of the initiatives that were carried out were the innovation in signage based on cellulose material from sustainable forestry production, the use of printing materials such as vinyl and PVC-free canvases, the hiring of electrical machinery for assembly and disassembly, the use of reusable modular structures and the use of latex-free ecological carpeting, 100% polypropylene. But sustainable involvement also reached the social sphere, including the hiring of personnel at risk of exclusion for assembly work. The fair was certified as a sustainable event by Eventsost as it complied satisfactorily with the sustainability criteria of the certifying entity.
