ESC CONGRESS 24
For the third year in a row from 4foreverything we participate in the design and production of one of the most important European medical congresses: ESC Congress. In the 2024 edition, held in London, we were in charge of shaping two unique spaces: Research Gateway and Global Community.
ESC Congress is an event that takes place every year in a different European city and is the center of reference for the entire cardiology scientific community.
After Barcelona and Amsterdam, in 2024 the event was held in London. More than 40 professionals from 4foreverything, including project managers, production and assembly team and the Exhibitor Success Team, a team dedicated to helping and responding to exhibitors during the event, travelled to London.
4foreverything has been involved in the creation of two emblematic spaces of the congress: Research Gateway and Global Community. The former was designed around innovation and exploration. An environment inviting discovery was created, starting with the Welcome Desk, which welcomed attendees. In this area, participants could consult information at 10 stations inspired by electrocardiograms, where presentations were made by the attending researchers. In addition, 5 Clinical Case corners were created and several charging points were set up, using sustainable materials such as compact cardboard and pine wood with PEFC seal.
The second of these represented the diversity and unity of the cardiology community. Each country had its own stand with a unique visual identity, but together they formed a coherent unit. This was also the location of the Networking Area and the Global Stage, inspired by the lines of the London Underground.
More than 40,000 congress attendees, 800 accredited journalists and four days of celebration focused on the cardiological scientific and medical community.
