For yet another year, the 4foreverything agency participated in this project and we were in charge of the design and production of the common areas and auditoriums, as well as preparing all the signage and personalisation of the space.

This year we added an additional element: the Service Center, which provided specialised customer services for the trade fair exhibitors and it was organised through a virtual shop in which the exhibitors were able to configure their stands and view them in 3D prior to creating them; they could also request the required trade fair services such as electrical switchboards, WIFI, hostesses, etc. All from a single platform in a quick and user friendly way.

This service was completed with the Exhibitor Success Team, a team that personally assisted the exhibitors in a preliminary, on-site and post event basis to solve their doubts and ensure the satisfaction of their participation.
