The Barcelona marathon is one of the year’s most important sports events. In this context, the Trade Fair Centre: Fira de Montjuïc organises the Runner Trade Fair. Nike wished to be present for this major milestone: with the launch of the new Nike Zoom Vaporfly 4% model, a shoe with a more efficient design to facilitate a 4% faster stride.

For the presentation, we created an innovative space, not only due to the materials used and its assembly system, but also based on the activations that took place inside.

For the structure, we worked with a stand 6 metres high and 200 m2 of surface area made with 10% modular Aluvision system, a sustainable material due to its assembly system based on reusable metal frames.

The structure had innovative features since it was entirely covered with polycarbonate, LED lights and backlit panels that achieved a multiple reflections effect.

There was a product exhibition area inside the stand where each shoe was displayed, as if it were a work of art, inside backlit display cases. The stand was completed with a test area equipped with treadmills where visitors could use an app to check their speed and the efficiency of the new model.
